Water Solutions is committed to providing the best products in the reverse osmosis and deionized water system space. We provide quality and timely service to businesses throughout the islands. We boast the only portable ion-exchange regeneration facility in the state. This allows us to provide ultra-pure water purification results. We are fully equipped to provide your business with local, on-sight service from our qualified technicians.

Water Solutions services and maintains all the products it sells or rents. This includes:

. Exchanging portable deionized (DI) tanks

Non-emergency technical assistance

Our non-emergency technical assistance is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays). We can usually provide immediate assistance but on the occasion that we are not available at the time of a phone call or e-mail, we guarantee a response by the next business day.

Emergency technical assistance

Our emergency technical assistance is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for Clinical and Healthcare customers that have maintenance agreements with us. We guarantee a maximum of 1-hour response to any emergency call and on-site within 3 hours.

We offer a 1 year system warranty on all systems that we sell.
